Change in Scoring System Trial

For the 2009 Pennant Season, we will trial the following Point-a-Rally Scoring (PARS) methods:
- Premier League Open & Women and State 2 Open - PARS to 11
- State 2 Women, State 3 & 4 Open and All Divisions - PARS to 15 (must win by 2)
